last weekend in April caught 16 Carp up to 15lb on Gweryd

An amazing 24hours with 17 fish including a carp of 22lb a 5lb tench and 6lb bream and a 17lb ghostie

Fishing just beyond the Peat Island which is still not up to a gravel patch with pva bags of pellets and secrete boilie.

A fantastic two days on Llyn Ewan catching roach on the Pole and then a day on a feeder catching good bream

The first day was spent on the pole cupping out to red maggot catching 30 roach of 6-8oz very enjoyable.

Change of bait and tactic the next day was on a feeder to the island with single hair rigged corn. easily must have been 80lb of bream taken this way between 1.5 and 2.5lb qualitly fish.....

Gweryd did not manage to fish this well with a chill north east wind

Carp and big bream have woken up on Gweryd

Last weekend of March produced carp up to 15lbs from the margins as well as mid lake. This cold snap has slowed them on Good Friday..

Bream have been caught to 7lb and Brian Maddocks had a good short session on the far bank with 12 bream between 2 and 6lb.
